Constitution of FOUR (a section)
The object of this labor organization is to unite those within its jurisdiction for the following purpose:
(A)To advance their economic, social and cultural interests; to disseminate information among them regarding economic , social, political and other matters affecting their lives and welfare.
(B)To defend and extend their civil rights and liberties.
(C)To establish peaceful and harmonious relations between its members and their employers and to work for the betterment of all who labor.
(D) To advance the interests of workers by advocating and endeavoring to secure the enactment of laws beneficial to them and advocating and endeavoring to obtain the defeat or repeal of laws detrimental to them.
(E) To organize corporate or other instrumentalities; to give assistance and encouragement to organizations in organizing workers; to engage in such activities as may be necessary or proper to strengthen the labor movement and to extend the process of collective bargaining throughout all trade and industries; to affiliate with associations of labor organizations, and to aid other organizations, the purposes of which are approved by this organization.
The organization shall accomplish the foregoing purposes by organizing the unorganized, educating its membership, negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, securing legislation, and by all other means, activities, and expenditures deemed appropriate by the Executive Board. (the entire Constitutional By-Laws for FOUR has been requested and will go out to all Executive Board Members by April 1, 2016)
Financial Records
The LM3 for 2015 has been filed with the DOL. FOUR's CPA sent the report in for FOUR on last week. We ask that when you have expenses and FOUR will have to reimburse you, you MUST complete your expense voucher and submit receipts, if this is not done, you will NOT be paid. FOUR's financial records are done monthly by the secretary and FOUR's CPA reviews the books every 3-4 months and of course the LMs are done once a year. Checks and balances have been created for all expenses.

FOUR Leadership Conference
The FOUR leadership conference is being planned for possibly September or October of 2016. The final details will follow soon. We can say that it will be in Atlantic City New Jersey and we are hoping to have the event at the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino.
